They are advertising Legea Brand Name Goods (like below links) on their Web Site, but, 3 to 4 weeks later, when it comes time to deliver the promised Legea Kits, they will tell you something like;
"Just a quick e-mail with regard to order ref #3714. Unfortunately we've had a communication from Legea to say that the Sparta kit will be unavailable until the end of August at the earliest. Obviously this is not ideal, but we can offer the following alternatives we could have delivered to you within 5-7 days:"
As indeed happened to my youth football club.
After further enquiries direct to Legea in Italy I am told that SportsCentrDirect have never been in contact with them. In fact, they cannot buy or sell Legea products in the UK as Legea Italy have a sole distributor agreement with Legea-uk.com.
After speaking to Legea UK about the possibility of an order being placed with them they told me that "SportsCentreDirect have not placed an order nor do they have any ability to do so as, they are not an authorised reseller of Legea Football Kits or any Legea products".
Legea UK further told me this is a familiar complaint and that SportsCentrDirect have been reported to the Poole Trading Standards Office for these exact same complaints by many other individuals. Whom have been treated to the same 'push-pull' selling techniques, whereas SportsCentrDirect offer products they don't have to get your money, then withdraw them to sell you something else.
